Hi, I'm Jayla, the owner of Cove Aesthetics. I have been a licensed esthetician for over five years and have always had a passion for helping others feel confident in their skin. I began my career in North Carolina after graduating from esthetics school in Wilmington, where I received advanced training in skincare, waxing, and corrective treatments. I then worked in Jacksonville, North Carolina, at some of the area's most respected waxing studios, gaining valuable experience and refining my skills in both skincare and hair removal services. After moving back home to Rockbridge County, I joined Rocktown Medical Spa, where I have spent the last two years continuing my education and growing my expertise in advanced skincare treatments. Through my experience, I've developed a passion for creating customized treatment plans that help clients achieve healthy, glowing skin while feeling relaxed and cared for. Opening Cove Aesthetics is a dream come true and the next step in my journey as an esthetician. While I now operate my own business, I am still conveniently located inside Rocktown Medical Spa in Lexington, Virginia. My goal is to provide personalized, results-driven treatments in a welcoming environment where every client feels comfortable, confident, and valued. Whether you're looking to address specific skin concerns or simply take time for self-care, I'm honored to be part of your skincare journey.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Cove Aesthetics, your appointment time is reserved just for you. I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I understand that life happens, and unexpected situations can arise. Because of this, I offer a one-time grace for a late cancellation or missed appointment. After your first occurrence, any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-show appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact 540-460-7511. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time, as well as the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
